About Us

The CONQUER Program

The CONQUER community-of-care initiative is an online learning tool that offers a holistic journey for patients and clinicians who are living with, diagnosing, and managing diseases driven by type 2 inflammation. Severity and control of such diseases, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), atopic dermatitis (AD), chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), prurigo nodularis (PN), bullous pemphigoid (BP), and chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), can potentially benefit from advancements in targeting key cellular and signaling elements specific to the type 2 inflammatory process. The tools you’ll find here will help patients to better understand their disease and enable clinicians to improve their diagnostic and referral skills, as well as their ability to provide individualized, targeted treatment.

  1. AI Model Limitations
The Services include AI-driven tools that generate text, summaries, insights, and other informational outputs. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inconsistent. The model may occasionally produce information that does not reflect current medical guidelines or that misinterprets user inputs.
  • AI outputs are not a substitute for clinical expertise. You must critically evaluate all information and verify it using authoritative clinical sources and your own professional judgment.
  • AI does not understand patient-specific context. The model does not have access to full medical histories, examinations, or diagnostic tests unless explicitly provided by you — and even then, the model may not interpret such information accurately.
  • AI may generate biased or nongeneralizable insights. Outputs may reflect limitations or biases in the training data.
  • Do not rely on AI for patient care or clinical decisions. The Services are educational tools only and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any patient condition.
  • You remain fully responsible for how you use or interpret any output produced by the AI.
If you identify output that appears inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate, you agree to disregard it and rely instead on validated clinical resources and professional judgment.
